It's really a great job,and it helps me a lot in my work.But there is a problem,when I use mplayer to play video stream with the bandwidth lower than the video bitrate，mplayer will crash.If the robustness of the decoder can not support this case?

I tried to run the SVC.sln in visual studio 2012. and when I try to build the solution I get the error "Unable to start the program SVC_decoder_v9.exe".. Please suggest
