ALICE Training
ALICE Training is a widely adopted, effective method of active shooter response training. ALICE is the original civilian active shooter response training program delivered with a trauma-informed approach in an age- and ability-appropriate way. ALICE stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate. Alert is your first notification of danger. Lockdown involves barricading the room and preparing to evacuate or counter if needed.
