Acuity Scheduling

Pros: Acuity Scheduling is an easy to use service that provides solutions for calendar and scheduling stuff, it is easy to customize everything to fit the needs of my business and the heavy schedules that each team member has, it can be perfectly customized for every individual and work perfectly for scheduling things as the week becomes busier.

The way Acuity works is very intuitive and adjusts to the present, the rising technology and the way things are becoming now more automated and precise, it is helpful to put out our schedule for the week and let customers know availability without needing to reach out privately, and they can schedule the product they want in the available posts of our business schedules, and it will automatically update to the new availability after scheduling anything. This calendar can be fully customized and Acuity allows for the creation of multiple calendars that can be kept private so clients do not see them, and it works amazingly when it comes to sorting out our own individual schedule to figure out the best way to improve our workflow, and choose how we can customize the public calendar in a way that benefits both the customer and the business, providing a nice customer experience. It is an essential tool to have in order to get the most out of the customer experience, it allows us to recollect customer information by having them fill out forms for scheduling and this is an important part because we are able to know the customer better and will know in what ways we can provide a better service for them, it makes things easier for us to get more clients because the scheduling part becomes simple for both parties, it provides a stable service that is intuitive enough for everyone, and it improves communication to make things more customizable for the client.

Cons: I have not found anything that I dislike about Acuity, it does not have any bugs or issues that I have experienced during my usage with this platform, nor have my clients experienced any issues when trying to schedule anything. We have been able to successfully attend clients throughout this service and we have been able to automatically receive payments since its implementation, it has worked very well. The only thing that I wish it had is more tools to organize the different calendars created, but it is not really something that I would call something I hate because as it is now it works very well, but still, more improvement could be done to make things even more customizable for the calendars.

Overall: Overall, Acuity Scheduling has provided a good experience when it comes to offering customers a place where they can buy our products and have them delivered at a certain day and time, depending on our availability as a business. We have been able to offer our entire menu and clients are able to choose from a variety of our products and make the payments right through this software, without their private information and financial information being compromised and being able to access our products without much effort, simply scheduling and we will take care of the rest. It is a platform that adjusts to every customer because we have been able to set up a different set of questions when filling out the form so the customer feels we are directly speaking to them and taking care of their order directly, it is something that has improved the way we handle our customer service and it has impacted positively the way we communicate with them.

Pros: This software has all the features you need in a scheduling app. Create surveys and applications to screen appointees.

Cons: Couldn’t find anything wrong with the app. Has everything you would need.

Overall: Wide list of features and helps you segment appointees. Easy to use and set up no technical knowledge needed.

Pros: Acuity Scheduling is an online assistant. It has made meetings a breeze. Easy-to-use and user-friendly. Customised scheduling page helps in scheduling meetings and saves lots of time. Works 24/7 to organise the schedule. 7 days free trial is available. Perfect software for small businesses.

Cons: Makes my life so much easier very good software. No cons.

Overall: Works like a personal assistant. Streamline our workflow. Squarespace can easily be connected. Highly customisable software. Easy to setup. Very intuitive app. Affordable pricing. Easily manage recurring subscription.

Pros: • Very easy to use, love it!
• Lot’s of integrations,
• Mainly use it for my massage bookings where customer can make a payment too via Stripe (PayPal and/or Square)
• Very easy to embed it into my website, for each individual payment package, different links provided
• My wife use it integrating with Zoom for live streaming classes, where participants gets unique link when they book and pay via Acuity Scheduling
• Very happy with it!!

Cons: • Nothing so far...
• Only thing I would add (probably it’s only me)which would make it even more easy to make payment, and it’s the Apple Pay

Overall: I have chosen this app over MindBody which is quite price, although comes with lot’s of features, but my business trading level doesn’t justify it yet.

Pros: It has everything you need for scheduling. It's easy to set up and it is very convenient for clients to schedule meetings. The design is great and the quick support service is priceless. Acuity Scheduling is the perfect tool for every business owner!

Cons: The only thing I can think of that I would like is to be able to customize the landing page more.

Overall: I've been using Acuity Scheduling for several months now and my experience has been great so far. I use it daily for scheduling consulting meetings with my clients. It would be a lot more difficult to run my business without Acuity.
