    "Slow and stressful "

    Pros: They blocked my account since 2023. Then I received an email that I should merge my old account to the new updated site, bitwellex.net. After I did that I withdrew all my lost tokens.

    Cons: The support is slow ...
    Wasted a lot of my time ...

    Overall: The experience was not really great. I was just patient enough to get my account up and running.
