"So easy to use and very competitively priced" Posted 2019-06-11
Pros: It does exactly what you need a data room to do for due diligence requirements without a bunch of confusing bells and whistles. If you have all of your files properly arranged in advance, you can literally have it up and running in minutes. I love that I can drag and drop al of my folders and files and it retains all of the structure. Setting permissions is also easy to do. It would be difficult to make an error with setup and access.
Cons: I honestly can't think of any cons aside from the sales person from our old VDR provider calling all the time wondering why our deal flow to them has dried up.
Overall: Caplinked is a great platform for due diligence, and investor reporting. It's nice knowing that the people we invite into the data rooms will be able to do what they need to do without any issues whatsoever. I wish we'd started using it sooner.
