    "False Pretenses"

    Pros: Nothing really. The software requires consistent support tickets which don't get addressed for at least 72 hours, so if you have an emergency, you are SOL.

    Cons: Everything, especially the extreme lack of customer service and constant reminder that as a customer, you are NOT a priority. After over 6 years of terrible service, we have finally set to terminate our contract and cut them off. They refuse to provide customer service and then refuse to address your complaints for at least 2 years and continue to drop the ball. I cannot end this working relationship fast enough.

    Overall: Extremely poor. In fact, their own employees quit because their company was such a disgrace in the way they treated us and others like us.
