    Pros: There are no positive qualities about CentralSquare. This whole thing should be shut down and its an absolute miracle that anyone here has a job.

    Cons: Bugs, freezes, needs to be restarted constantly, completely unreliable. You had better hope your local LE agency doesn't use CentralSquare or you may fall victim to this god-awful CAD system.

    Overall: Completely dissatisfied with this entire product. Ive been forced to use it for 3 years after CentralSquare manipulated their way into a contract. There's good reason why CentralSquare was/is involved in a class action lawsuit.
