Pros: Easy to track, I know when all my employees have licenses that need to be renewed. Saves a ton of time.

Cons: It's not free - but certainly worth what I'm paying for it.

Pros: Ease of reporting education and requirements. I have nothing else positive to say about this product.

Cons: Links broken with no tech support to repair, poor user instructions, the same error messages with inadequate tech support on how to navigate around the errors, automatically populate with wrong information. No way for user to override to provide correct information. Upload process impossible and no user instructions

Overall: Terrible. With the current mental health need this system is enough to drive any concerned mental health provider away from licensure where this system is in place.
