    Pros: I am only filling out this section because it won't let me review without pretending I like something about the tool. It has a neat interface, that's about it, that can't do the heavy lifting for the rest of the tool's failings.

    Cons: The company found a niche of public universities who want a broader analytic tool but are intimidated by better services and easily led astray by shiny UI. However they are little better than grifters who over-promise and under-deliver. Getting any usability out of the tool requires forking over money for additional customizations. Their outsourced engineers do not have the ability to solve any of the systemic issues with the platform and take months to fail to even address surface level problems.

    Overall: I have enjoyed nothing about this platform or this product. I miss the community from my original platform, and I miss having engineers I could actually work with to solve issues. Only purchase this tool if you want to sap your admin.
