Pros: Fast, efficient, easy to use, it is also a reliable tool that works every time. It allows you to share your screen by simply sharing a link.

Cons: I have not found any negative points so far. Amazing!

Overall: I will continue to use CrankWheel screen sharing as I prefer it over Zoom to easily share my screen.

Cons: When you start using some application or services, that is way a head of their competitors, one starts to ask for more and more. Pros: CrankWheel is a great product that is simple and easy for the customer and sales agent to use. The ability to screen share on mobile without downloading an app, and a full stack of product features that are tailored to helping improve engagement, CrankWheel really has carved their name in the space of communication software and technology!

Cons: I love all the features, and people should understand that this does not have to replace your current conference software, but it will compliment and enhance it.

Pros: The setup and management is simple, despite offering quite advanced solutions and bringing tremendous value to the sales and marketing teams.

Cons: The look and feel could be improved somewhat within the software, but it offers many customization options for installation.
