Pros: - easy and focus on what we interest (e.g. print, delete, copy)
- much smaller than windows event log in size
- can centralize all user log in log server
- attractive priceCons: if they have SaaS model, that will be perfect. We don't need to keep a log server. All the logs can be uploaded to the cloud.
Overall: Overall, we are happy with it. We don't need to dig into windows event log and filter useful events. We have 500 users, the log size is just 20GB a year. So we don't need to purge the log frequently
