Evercontact ensures you always have the latest contact info. Evercontact extracts contact info from the email signatures in your incoming email. Our service creates new contacts for you and also auto-updates any changes to your existing contacts. Our subscription plans allow for unlimited contact updates, multiple email accounts, centralized address books, CSV downloads and CRM integration. Your personal information belongs to you and you alone. Evercontact is GDPR compliant when it comes to user security and data privacy. Our service is available for Gmail, Outlook and Office 365.

    "Great tool for sales teams"

    Pros: - Real time contact syncing and ability to centralize contact info within the team
    - Easy setup and integration with the gmail app
    - Delivers on core feature: Ability to always have up to date contacts

    Cons: Dashboard could be redesigned but all the core functionalities are there. Team has been responsive to my product ideas.

    Overall: Signed up on their free trial and never stopped using it since. Could not see myself without the product and never have issues with out-of-date contacts anymore. Particularly useful when I'm re-engaging with a past lead.

    Pros: Using it for 2 years now, more than 1,000 contacts retrieved from my email boxes and updated automatically. Cheap and super convenient.

    Cons: Design could be improved but I love the new site.

    Overall: This is probably one the the most cost-efficient productivity tools. Easy to use and very efficient.

    "Don't waste your time as they don't give a damn about the customer"

    Pros: I like the data capture as long as it worked. However, for the past several years it has not worked. They claim it was because I had both Outlook & Gmail on the computer. I never used Outlook!

    Cons: Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from ANY software company. Apparently a very small company and no one knows how to correct particular software problems

    Overall: For several years it worked fine. For the last year, I have had nothing but problems which they cannot resolve and now will not even call me after multiple calls.
