    Pros: We are able to handle all of our social media activities in one spot because of Glassix's outstanding collaboration with social media sites. For my staff and me, getting every thing in one place is amazing.

    Cons: Few demo videos on utilizing AI features would be a great help.

    Overall: We are now able to provide more individualized client care thanks to Glassix. Response times have decreased substantially, and the degree of customer satisfaction has gone up.

    Pros: The AI chatbot is a complete game changer for us, we're able to serve customers through various channels like, WhatsApp, Apple Business Messages, our website, and social which helps us not just stay prompt via multiple channels but also to provide a unified and consistent brand voice.

    Cons: I don't see any downsides as of now, the product is really intuitive and easy to operate and it seems like a good bang for our bucks.

    Pros: We love using the AI unified inbox to handle our support tickets and the chatbot for resolving repetitive client requests. In addition, I have to say that the platform provides really helpful features like AI-suggested replies and auto-tagging of conversations that plays so well with our business objectives.

    Cons: Would love to have the ability to segment closed conversations and present reports for more than 12 months ago.
