    Pros: The ease of communicating with technical support. The comfort in knowing that our emails, backup drives, and google storage is managed with great care. We have had 0 problems with hosting our emails over 5 years while previous experience hosting emails was giving us nightmares 2-3 x per year.

    Cons: We don't love that the data allowance isn't shared across the entire team. We feel like this would be a big victory for Google workspace.

    Overall: Love the service. We continue to move more and more of our operations from our local server over to Google Workspace. We have complete trust that our data and communications is completely secure. 100% less stress for our daily operations.

    Pros: I am a freelance graphic developer and I use the product to send emails and create documents for myself and also to send to clients. I like being able to send it to anyone, without worrying about the need for specific software to review it. I also like to be able to bring my papers anywhere with Internet access. It's not just connected to my computer. In addition, it keeps all my files in one place.

    Cons: Google Docs is great if you only need a basic document, but doing anything beyond that, like making it a little more beautiful by adding a layout or images, is very limited. Of course, you can add images, but not in the capacity that you can in Word or Pages. I tried to create layouts for clients on Google Doc and it just doesn't work. I would like to, because it is an excellent universal software.

    Overall: I assume that companies that require a specialized email address would benefit from using Google Workspace. I like Gmail's email platform, and I also found exactly how important Google Docs / Sheets / Slides are from there. I suppose it would certainly be even more beneficial for a company with multiple team members to be able to keep records up to date with each other.

    If you know programming or have access to a programmer, just about everything is possible using Google Scripts.

    It's dirt cheap. This product is worth three or four times what they charge.

    Ready-to-use and easy-to-use immediately.

    Cons: G Suite is not easy to configure advanced features.

    Overall: If your business has more than 35 users, you may be better off using another platform like Microsoft 365. For small businesses, G Suite has a better price point and more robust features. On the occasion that you need to purchase an additional G Suite service, you understand what you're buying.

    Most small businesses will get by just fine with the basic features provided by G Suite, no additional configuration necessary. But, when you do need to configure an advanced feature, it's not easy.
