Cons: I don't know if there are any. They do such a great job making an amazing product and provide such excellent service.

Pros: I was so happy I switched from a competitor. Their help requests are always answered promptly. The pulling of IRS transcripts is fast and easy, way easier than my last vendor. I like the ease of seeing transcripts

Cons: The client reports are a little confusing, however I need more time to understand how to compile them. I am sure after I get used to it I will be much happier

Pros: Excellent place to learn how to represent clients, easy to follow directions on responses, what notices mean and how to react to them. The best resource is directly asking questions on the FB page and getting amazing experience shared with you!

Cons: The only thing I'll say as a con is that there are other platforms that appear to be a little more updated and modern, but the activity and resources are similar. It just looks a bit dated.

Pros: This program takes you form the entry of the data to the final results with all of the necessary information. The program can hold all of the backup data and forms for easy review and for communication with your client. All of the information and forms are at your fingertips for easy review and modifying, as you get additional information, without having to totally redo the forms.

Cons: I had trouble communicating with my clients as to how they could get the information and telling them what they were looking at.

Overall: For me, programs like this one always seem too complicated to me when I first get started. After using the program several times, I am getting used to it and it is taking me less time to get the results.

Pros: Smooth integration with parts of the program (invoices, forms, contact mgmt., and customer service.

Cons: Rather d/l files as PDF vs html. Easy fix though.

Overall: It really doesn't matter if you have a problem. You just let David or Suzanne know, and it's fixed.

Pros: Easy for clients to use, easy for staff to send. Interface is clean and relatively intuitive. No big struggles in using it.

Cons: There's really nothing bad about it. Everything works as anticipated. It may not be as 'slick' as some options, but it's definitely professional-level.

Overall: I've had members of my admin team send out signatures for TIAs and POAs and clients have been happy to use it, all without issue.

Cons: The UI is solid, but as we grow the firm I’d appreciate fewer manual steps in setting up new clients or importing existing ones. CRM integration would be a huge plus.

I've used competitors' software and they are all good, but with my career in tax services coming to a close, IRS Solutions was the perfect fit - in assisting me to getting the resolutions I needed and quickly.
