Pros: I like MailCheetah for it's price. I just need basic email campaigns and list management. Nothing fancy.

I reached the maximum contacts allowed on MailChimp under their free tier and looked around. Mail Cheetah was cheaper after only a few months and I don't need to pay a subscription any more.

Cons: The UI feels a bit old but functionality is good. I asked support (who are ready good) and they told me a new modern UI is coming soon.

Overall: Nice features for the price. I no longer have a subscription or tie ins which is a bonus.
They seem to be adding new features every month which is also cool.
