About Meku
Meku is an AI-driven web app and website builder platform that enables users to create, customize, and deploy production-ready React + Tailwind CSS applications in minutes using plain-language prompts. Users begin by describing their idea in simple terms, and Meku instantly generates a working version of the project, complete with frontend code, UI components, live previews, and hosting or export options. The workflow supports refinement via chat-style instructions so the user can ask for tweaks or extend features directly, and the generated project can be deployed with a custom domain, pushed to GitHub, or exported as offline files for further development. Beyond landing pages, Meku supports full-stack web apps, including dashboards, authentication, database integration (e.g., Supabase), and ecommerce stores, all delivered with modern design out of the box.

"Scam site" Posted 2025-12-02
Pros: Seemed cheaper before i actually used it thought it ended up being wildly more expensive because they don't use the same credit system as other sites in the same space.
Cons: Paid for the premium plan and within literally ONE HOUR the system burned 600 credits on FIVE failed attempts to import a GitHub repo, the exact feature they advertise as “2-way GitHub integration.” Their own homepage still brags about “push-pull operations” and “seamless GitHub sync,” yet when I requested a refund 60-minute-post-signup they denied it claiming “we never explicitly said import was supported.” Classic bait-and-switch.
Worse: their “Featured Projects” section proudly showcases blatant scams built on Meku, including:
Multiple “Crypto Recovery” sites promising 94% success retrieving lost BTC/ETH (impossible without private keys, pure advance-fee fraud)
A fake “Kenny Chesney Booking Agent” impersonation page collecting deposits for nonexistent shows
A completely non-functional “Dota 2 clone” that’s just a static hero-select screen with zero gameplay
They are not only allowing fraud templates but actively promoting them as success stories. This isn’t negligence; it’s a scam factory with zero moderation.
Chargeback already filed. Do not give these people your moneyOverall: Terrible, do not get scammed by them or the sites they feature. No refunds, lies about github integration, then features multiple scams on the front page.
