Pros: A solid entry level ERP system that can grow with a company.
Worked at 2 companies who have upgraded to big name ERPs with much regret. Both were small custom business that did not fit into the way a giant manufacturer runs. And we ended still running PEDYN in the background for day to day stuff and hiring extra people to just enter unproductive information into the new ERP so that an executive somewhere could auto-generate some report that could only be auto-generated by any army of extra people required to generate the data?Cons: I rated the design and features as just OK, but thats not a "Con" and means its all business, no flash, and doesn't crash. Does require hiring additional IT to support although it may be useful if you want to customize it.
Overall: 1) Skip the big guy ERPs

2) If you can't, make sure your not the one recommending it (Get a resume ready if you do)
3) Make sure your the not the one responsible for implementing (You'll quit, get fired, or end up divorced)
