    Pros: Easy to learn & use.
    Visualization of information & pipeline.
    Dashboards are easy to view.
    Revenue forecasting.
    Sales reporting and organization.

    Cons: Email management can be easier to use.
    Not as many native API integrations into other platforms as other CRMs on the market.

    Overall: Pipedrive is a great tool for managing sales and create new business pipelines. It offers you a way to optimize your activities and is an excellent tool to help achieve your goals.

    "Excellent Marketing Management"

    Pros: Pipedrive has greatly improved our marketing and managed our sales in a very nice interface. It has the functionality to manage our leads to drive more sales and helps us observe several metrics to analyze where improvements can be made. The interface overall is very nice and provides customization and can be setup very quickly which gets everything started nice and smooth.

    Cons: There are not many cons that I observed while using it with my team. They are constantly coming up with improvements and updates to make sure the software runs well. Although the interface is nice it can suffer some performance problems in the long run when you see some growth.

    Overall: Piperdrive is a powerful marketing tool that will help your business get organized and provides great management of leads. It will help your business move forward and provide increased sales which is really worth the price.

    Pros: I like Its very easy and simple user interface. It has full functionality and features that my company needs.

    Cons: They should have more project tools inside Pipedrive, so more customers contact could be done inside CRM.

    Overall: Pipedrive provides users to sign in and see an outlook on everyone of the arrangements and stages for an organization. That is by a long shot the most significant. Hence, I do not need to draw reports, and that saves time.

    Pros: - Excellent mobile apps and email synchronization.
    - More suitable for small business units unlike those like Zendesk.

    Cons: - Limited functionality when compared to other services with equal price tags.
    - The limit on number of free emails is quite less.

    Overall: Highly recommended for Sales teams looking for a simple, yet powerful sales tool to get them organized. Individuals and small teams might not need the extensive feature set.

    Pros: I like its excellent support, documentation and easy to use features. Also, it is full of advanced features with fast and stable facilities.

    Cons: Its mobile application has too many limitations and that should be looked in, because every now and then I need to switch on my PC for using missing features.

    Overall: I manage my company customers using Pipedrive and also following them up. It allows me for better managing my day to day work with customers, focusing on the parts where it's essential keeping all of the action details. Hence, it nurtures my leads in a better and managed way!

    "Simple yet powerful CRM"

    Pros: Some great things about Pipedrive are:
    1. Pipedrive has a really intuitive UI that makes it really easy to view and track communication with clients
    2. It is highly customizable with an amazing drag and drop interface which makes it on par with some of the best CRMs in the market.
    3. It has several templates to send emails to your customers which help in driving marketing campaigns and also new templates are added regularly.
    4. Very easy to set up and get your business up and running

    Cons: Nothing much to complain about but, one feature that would be good to have is to give the option to download statistics and reports so that some data analysis can be done on weekly/monthly sales.

    Overall: The great thing about Pipedrive is that it got me off the need to use multiple excel sheets stored in a number of places. Now we can easily get an estimate of what our sale numbers/leads numbers look like, how effective our marketing campaigns are, what phase of the customer journey each of our users are in.

    Pros: Way easy to use and set up for any size of business. They have a good mobile app to for on the go needs.

    Cons: There isn't anything that I dislike about Pipedrive.

    Overall: It's great and would tell any company to use it. Easy to automate follow-up tasks and reminders to close sales.

    Pros: Extremely easy to set up and easy to understand your sales data all in one dashboard. It's been very helpful to improve our sales processes.

    Cons: Not much about it that I don't like. It works very easy.

    "PipeDrive makes life too easy!"

    Pros: Pipedrive has such immense quantities of appealing features for keeping your customer database business 'deals' sifted through. It is a one stop shop, truly. We would esteem more than anything assuming every single division had something as basic as Pipedrive. It has never taken us more than one day to get someone arranged on using Pipedrive, it's that basic!!! It keeps all dollar entireties, things, customer information, messages, refreshes, notes, associations, specifying, examination, social profiles from your customers information, and that is only the start!! I energetically propose Pipedrive.

    Cons: Main con I faced is lack of support after purchasing paid version of Pipedrive. On free trial the call support works very smooth but as I purchase paid version, the waiting time of connection with support increases a lot.

    Overall: I must say that Pipedrive do exactly what a CRM needs to do. It is mixture of some clever and annoying features.

    "Great for managing fast growing sales teams"

    Pros: I really like how versatile Pipedrive is. I would argue that Pipedrive's perception is: "a company is a set of pipes, where tasks move from left to right". This kind of underlying philosophy makes it very versatile, as it can be used not only for sales processes, but also for customer success processes, installation processes, etc.
    In addition to that it's extremely easy to setup, some features like group mail are still new, but very powerful

    Cons: The workflow feature isn't where it should be yet. It for example doesn't allow long pauses between flow steps. So we need to use hacky workarounds here.

    However, Pipedrive is evolving fairly fast, so I hope that this will be fixed

    Overall: Pipedrive is an easy to use CRM software that works extremely well to increasy sales teams productivityy, but can be used beyond that as a process management platform, as well.
