About Pitchwise

Raising capital shouldn’t mean losing control of your deck. Pitchwise gives founders a secure, trackable, and actionable way to share fundraising materials. You decide exactly how investors access your deck—require email, disable downloads, revoke links, or expire them at any time. Add your branding and custom URL, then layer in calls-to-action: let investors book a meeting on your calendar, ask feedback questions, or generate a one-pager form instantly. Every deck visit is tracked, so you see who viewed, how many times, where from, and how long they spent on each slide. Real-time notifications keep you in the loop. Pitchwise also helps you prepare better: access curated investor lists, plug-and-play templates, and a 200+ resource library covering decks, guides, and tools. Designed for founders, accelerators, and fundraising teams who want clarity and control in their investor interactions. Free to start, with Pro at just $13/user per month or $78/user annually (~$6.5/month).

    "Makes follow-ups smarter"

    Edited 2025-09-23

Pros: It gives real-time alerts, it is easy to set up and it also has strong and effective access controls.

Cons: There's no native Slack alerts for now and I think it should be worked on.

Overall: Instead of guessing when to reach out, I now know the moment an investor is looking at my deck. That’s changed my outreach strategy completely and improved my hit rate for meetings.

    "Pitchwise is Awesome!"

    Edited 2025-09-21

Pros: The app is Slick and with branded deck links
Getting easy investor feedback + meeting CTAs
Price that won’t scare early-stage founders

Cons: Dashboard could use a glow-up and a little more intuitive.

Overall: Pitchwise makes my deck look like I have a full design team, branded links, smooth feedback forms, and a shareable URL that just feels legit. It’s way cheaper than DocSend but still gets the job done where it counts. If you want your deck to scream “we’re serious” without spending a fortune, this is it.

    "Affordable alternative to DocSend"

    Posted 2025-09-10

    Pros: •. Affordable pricing
    • Easy to set up
    • Powerful core features (access control + analytics)

Cons: • Could use more integrations like CRM, Slack etc

"Finally I know what happens after I send my deck"

    Posted 2025-09-09

Pros: • Branded, professional-looking deck links
    • Access controls with revoke/disable options
    • Real-time investor engagement insights

Cons: • No signs that they will be releasing a mobile app
