Qwiklabs

Pros: There are no pros I can currently think of. Their cloud labs fail to properly register for course credit, are spotty in how they're written, and are of low quality.

Cons: Their labs frequently fail to give me credit for my work after completing them, so I waste hours trying to repeat them. The quality of them are poor as well, with little guidance and large to-do steps that often assume much higher knowledge level than the instruction course leading into them. Their customer support is extremely slow, taking ~20 hours to respond to each level of request and offering generic feedback that fails to account for my issue.

Overall: Qwiklabs is a poor service for google cloud labs. They have inconsistent service, buggy logins, fail to give course credit upon completion, and substandard company service.

Pros: They offer sandbox environments to help learning topics, with a lot of exercises to practice skills.

Cons: The courses have a lot of bugs.
The support team is terrible

Overall: Terrible, dishonest behavior. The course had several issues; I was blocked for two weeks due to a bug. But worse yet, my account was suddenly terminated for "not currently meeting our eligibility requirements."
I opened three tickets and called their support, but they always responded with that phrase without providing any explanation.
Why does Google associate itself with such cheaters?

Pros: Not applicable. Totally rogue organisation.. The site poses to give you a machine learning course. But then it will block you and take your details including your credit card details. Stay away from Qwiklabs.

Cons: Qwiklabs seems to be a fraudulent organization. I am not sure how this totally rogue organization is related to Google, but Google must take steps to remove any affiliation to this institute.

I started to do a course in Qwiklabs and even registered for paid service after monthly free period is over. I was following the course until suddenly my account was blocked and I was told there is suspicious activity in my account. I reported to their customer service but after 17 followups they said my account will be permanently blocked and my details cannot be removed from their systems. This includes credit card details.

Don't go anywhere near this organization. You will be totally frustrated and potentially harmed with this fraudulent organisation.

Overall: Shocked that a rogue organisation like Qwiklabs is linked to Google. I am trying to post this review to all possible websites so that people are aware and don't fall into their trap.
