Pros: It makes a crude system (Redmine) usable.
We used the agile boards daily for our sprint planning and feedback

Cons: Redmine-up agile plug-in working well.
Redmine itself terribly crude (e.g. no way to define custom screen layouts for issues)

Overall: Good support and it just works (Agile plugin).

Pros: Ease of integration
Frequent maintenance
Public documentation even for payed modules
Outstanding support

Cons: Pricing is a little bit high - but they have to live somehow ;)
Graphic design not always the best but works

Overall: Using mostly their plugins instead of the fully fledged RedmineUP solution; nonetheless, very well maintained, tested and documented. The support is outstanding: in very few mails they are able to identify the root cause of an issue and provide a fix for the issue - last time took just one email from us!

Cons: Query limits can be a problem but you can change them.

Overall: RedmineUP with the Agile plugin is an outstanding tool for project management. It offers intuitive task boards, sprint planning, and progress tracking that boost team productivity and transparency.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to install, really good support. Not much more to say other than its plugins that I use are really good.

Cons: I don't have any cons to say. Everything i have used is great.

Pros: We use the CRM and Helpdesk plugins and they are essential to our organization. Once the plugins have been set up, they work flawlessly, but if anything goes wrong, Dimitar provides excellent service and is very helpful. Highly recommended!
