Pros: The software is simple and could be used very quickly. The introductory effort was minimal. The technicians were able to use the software very quickly and it helped them to plan the orders.
Cons: Nothing. We were able to implement the software very quickly and have been very satisfied so far.
Overall: We are very satisfied with the software and would choose the software again in a heartbeat. The benefits were immediately apparent and the price was right.

Pros: So many features for a service program. We can track exactly how much a job cost compared to revenue. The dispatching functionality is great, it's easy to see where your technicians are at any given time and schedule service calls. Customer support has been outstanding. I have had every question answered promptly and customizations made where we needed them.
Cons: The mobile app is not very visually appeasing. You have to press a lot of buttons to edit and make changes to a WO. Support has been very good about customizing the buttons for us to make entering data easier. Dispatcher/Admin and service techs cannot be in the same WO at the same time. So sometimes the techs will get an error message when trying to edit a WO.
Overall: I would highly recommend this program for small service businesses. The functionality you get compared to the cost is outstanding. I have used far more expensive programs that did not offer half the features this program does.

Pros: At my previous job I had to manually hand write the work orders for my technicians. Here, this is a huge advantage for us to do everything quicker and more easily. Also my techs can read my notes now
Cons: Some stuffs still need to be done manually with some of our clients who demand a phone call, but that's just how it is.
Overall: Our repair shop has a huge advantage with Repair-CRM and going digital. We don't need to call each other for clarifying my notes and to go back and forth with the clients when he will be at the address. Gamechanger!

Pros: Cool app for quick work orders, great for keeping track of customers and client history in the CRM. Good online booking
Maps view, and clean calendar!Cons: One pair translation bug, but it does not problem in daily use.
Overall: Nice work organizer. It helps with everyday activities. The support is also good. I recommend it to everyone.
