Pros: I like the idea of what they do: a digital catalog I can quote from. That's about it. They bought someone else's good idea
Cons: Everything else. They do not care about their customers. They used to have a help line. Gone. Used to have email support. Gone. You have to navigate a difficult website to get software help (which you'll need a lot).
Overall: I can't wait for Specify to get more vendors. Revalize doesn't care about their customers. They are the worst partner I currently have.

"Terrible company for customers" Posted 2025-01-06
Pros: The program is good IF you can get it to work on your computers. We have Mac computers and they stopped supporting it with the "promise' they were updating the Mac user version. They didn't. Their solution was to buy another program that would allow theirs to work but we still pay full price for AQ. This has been since 2021 - it is Jan 2025 with same issues and non answers.
Cons: They are the only company that offers this software so they absolutely don't care if you have an issue because there is nobody else to go with. If there was, they would lose 50% of their customers. Getting responses is next to impossible and when you do, they tell you - sorry - not fixed yet...for months and months.
Overall: Horrible. What more is there to say - they are the only ones with this software so if you have a problem - they really don't care of they take care of the customer or not. As bad as a company can be. If someone else does the work to develop an alternative - they will go lose their customer base - can't imagine any other scenario.
