Riddle Quiz Maker

Pros: I used Riddle to grow my DTC business in the early days – in order to capture website visitors and then allocate them appropriate in the relevant funnels in my email. I loved how easy it was to use, but most importantly how much data it allowed me to harvest about my (potential) customer. Email list historically constituted 50% of our revenue (at least) and by far knowing more about our customers allowed us to reach out to them based on what would deliver value the most.

Cons: I wouldn't know what the cons were... the team has always been very responsive, helpful and supportive.

Overall: I always recommended Riddle to everyone ever since (have been using it for over 6 years). It's the best tool to learn more about your customer and provide them value rather than sending cold reach outs and random email campaigns.

Pros: The tool itself is pretty customizable which is awesome, and it is very easy to embed a quiz on your site. The support team at Riddle is super hands-on and if a feature doesn't exist, it really feels like a solution is already down the pipeline and they are always coming out with new stuff.

Cons: Don't have any cons to list as of yet, has been a great experience thus far.

Overall: Get this tool! Not only will it help increase engagement on your site or blog articles, but also is another way to have your website standout!

Pros: It's simple to use, with tonnes of templates to help give you some inspiration when it comes to content ideas.

The team at Riddle offer world-class customer service. They're always on hand to answer any questions and have aways gone above and beyond to help us out, including sending demo videos to walk you through the steps.

Cons: I don't have any cons when it comes to Riddle - our experience has been exemplary.

Overall: Our experience with the platform and team has been exceptional. Since we first subscribed to Riddle a few years ago, the functions and capabilities has expanded massively and the developers are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to make interactive content fun.

It's made a huge difference in engaging users with our content and I couldn't recommend them more!

Pros: Much more than quiz builder, this platform creates a whole series of interactive experiences that transform the user experience for site visitors.

The support team is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Cons: You can control just about every aspect of the client-facing interface, so there are a lot of variables. It can take some time and maybe a message to tech support before you go live.

Overall: This product is worth every penny. It allows to create engaging and information landing pages. We have used it repeatedly in our campaign work.

Cons: I would like more integration options with more ESP, or an option to add a custom form block, code, or other into the Quiz builder itself.

Overall: Customers love to engage with my Riddle Quizzes! The support team is extremely responsive and very helpful.

Pros: Ease of use.
The ability to embed quizzes into our website.
Simple connection to Mailchimp (and other email providers).
The quizzes are responsive for mobile and desktop.
The Support Team provides excellent response.

Cons: CSS styling limited to more expensive upgrade plans.
I would like to see more styling options on the forms pages.

Overall: Overall, this is an excellent Quiz app. It allows use to create quizzes and surveys to which our readers respond with subscriptions to our newsletter.

Pros: Once you get it set up, literally don't have to do anything. I set mine up a couple of years ago and do LITERALLY NOTHING and it keeps on getting me leads.

Cons: It took me a bit of time to set everything up, but I'm not techy so I think this is more of a user issue than a Riddle issue.

Overall: Overall, really like Riddle. Once the set up was done it, it has become an integral part of my lead generation strategy and takes legitimately no work at all. I haven't done anything in about two years and it is still preforming perfectly for its intended us.

Pros: The Riddle tool has many options including polls, quizzes, etc. The tool allows us to quickly create embedded experiences on our website. We are also able to modify those experiences in real-time without disrupting our front end usability.

Cons: Could use a few more customization options allowing organizations to truly fit their brand.

Overall: Overall, a fantastic tool that should be utilized within any organization. The dashboard is easy to navigate and can be learned quickly.

Pros: Creating a quiz/poll/survey is easy and intuitive. User experience is excellent, especially on mobile.

Cons: Sometimes it's not obvious how some of the features work.

Overall: The range of features and options/products available is top-class. Support reacts quickly to requests.

Pros: Ease of use building a quiz.
Include many types of media, eg video, audio, gifs, images etc
Lots of block type to build a quiz or poll, eg multiple choice, tap and find etc
Easy to customise and add branding.

Cons: The only limitation I have found is when I make a mistake it could maybe do with an 'undo' button or 'revert' back to an earlier version.

Overall: Riddle 2.0 has allowed us to create interactive experiences that are so much more than just a quiz.
Great interactive experiences for our users that aren't time-consuming to make.
Our audience are spending longer on our site completing the quizzes.
Useful analytics to check performance of the quizzes.

Pros: Easy to use and customize without technical expertise. Multiple layouts/formats are available for different types of engagement. Great customer support.

Cons: There's not much I don't like about Riddle. I'd love to be able to have an agency account that allowed multiple subaccount so that I could use for all my clients and keep everything separate. They probably do have something like that, but because I work with non-profits, it is cheaper for them to have their own accounts with the non-profit discount.

Overall: Riddle has so many great tools to use for marketing, and I recommend it to all my clients. It has proven successful as an engagement and cultivation channel, as well as generating new leads. And you don't have to be a technical wizard to use it. It's easy to customize the look and feel and embed it on your website landing pages. Customer support is always readily available and super helpful, and they are always improving and expanding their platform.

Pros: Platform is easy to use, in depth enough to have everything we need. Support is always on hand to help where needed.

Cons: Really can't think of any cons all experiences using the platform and problem solving has been great.

Overall: 5 star platform and service! Everything you can ask from a quiz platform. Looks great on our site and easy to integrate .

Overall: Riddle is a very robust system, with the 2.0 update brining so many amazing new features into the mix that we find work really well and get our audience engaging with our quizzes even more than they were before. The team are always an amazing help, friendly whilst going above and beyond to solve our query/problem.

We use this product daily and would recommend it to anyone wanting to increase audience engagements, it's made our jobs so much easier.

Pros: Riddle is the most powerful, intuitive quiz-making platform I've seen, and it's something we keep going back to for creating engaging kinds of content. It's also great for capturing information about our visitors.

Cons: Like any tech like this, there's a bit of a learning curve, but Riddle's support has been very helpful.

Pros: We tried quite a few different quiz platforms on the market and Riddle was the only one that met our needs for the price. We have been using for over a year now and have been able to create quizzes and polls quickly. We have also tied it into Salesforce very easily through an API. Mike from Riddle is probably the most responsive Rep I have ever worked with. Always happy to help find solutions.

Cons: The only con with Riddle is that you might want to know some CSS if you need any special formatting. There aren’t a ton of options in the builder to resize parts but they do offer assistance.

Overall: Overall we are very happy with Riddle and highly recommend. The 1:1 assistance they provide is very good and you will be able to do most anything you can think of with this tool.

Pros: Love that it's easy to use. It's quick and gives a great easy to follow format. The analytics provided are super helpful and the look of the published quizzes looks professional.

Cons: I just wish they had more creative commons images available to use.

Overall: I would highly recommend Riddle. It's a simple, quick, easy to follow way to make high quality quizzes for your website.

Pros: There are many different types of polls and forms you can make using this platform and lots of flexibility using it. The support team which are all developers and other staff within the company are super helpful in getting your experience to be the best it can be.

Cons: Sometimes it feels not that intuitive and can be a little difficult to operate. There are lots of customizations you can do with custom CSS but I wish sometimes it was easier to use the platform without writing custom code. The support team is very helpful in setting up things in CSS though and with any questions you may have.

Overall: A good company with enthusiastic and helpful employees. It's fun setting up different experiences for fans and their team help makes those experiences unique.

Pros: The ability to use branching logic and create game-like experiences is perfect.
We love being able to swiftly produce new quizzes for our kids audience, using a piece of software we trust without it being something we have to maintain ourselves.
Very very prompt customer support from the friendliest people.
Riddle 2.0 is a great update and all the new features have really widened what we can do with our quizzes

Cons: Branching logic gets a bit gnarly in the backend from time to time - perhaps it could be simpler to use.
The odd bug here and there.
It's quite geared to getting leads and capturing data which we dont use often - as making quizzes primarily for kids audiences.

Overall: Using Riddle is a great solution for us, we use the branching quiz logic a lot and love the integration with stock image databases and the other new design features. We can create content easily and to a really high quality and feel supported by the Riddle team every step of the way! Strong recommend.
