    Pros: I’ve been using RideBits app system for my car service company for almost 1 year and I am completely satisfied, no glitches, customer service is top notch and is always there via email or chat in less than 24 hrs responding any of our minimal concerns or questions.

    "RideBits Sucks - Don't become dependent on this fly-by-night company."

    Pros: There are NO pros. None. None at all. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could give them zero.

    Cons: Constant price increases. Sixty two percent price increase in one year. Lousy bug fixes and non-existent customer service. Don't you hate internet companies where you can only contact customer support is by email? If only they'd answer emails.

    Overall: Don't become make your business dependent on this terrible company. Do I need to say more.
