    Pros: Shifton makes shift scheduling effortless. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and fast. It handles complex team structures with ease, allows for real-time adjustments, and integrates perfectly with our time tracking system. Notifications keep everyone informed, and the reporting tools help with payroll prep. The customer support is responsive and helpful.

    Cons: Mobile app can lag slightly on older devices, and initial setup for integrations required a bit of trial and error. Would be nice to have more visual customization options in the calendar view.

    Overall: Shifton has dramatically improved how we manage our team's schedule. What used to take hours now takes minutes, and our team communicates better thanks to built-in alerts.     Pros: Shifton has been a real discovery for us — we managed to reduce the time spent on creating schedules by almost half. Employees easily track their shifts, and management finds it much easier to monitor workloads.

    Cons: We’ve been using it actively and haven’t found any cons so far.

    Overall: I especially appreciate the integration with other systems — it’s convenient, efficient, and time-saving.
