Pros: This AI Boat can answer patient inquiries through automation.
It also decreasing call volume and duration minimizing repeat calls to our office and also improves understanding of patients' needs and requests.
It ensures timely resolution of patient requests or inquiries.Cons: I don't have any Complains till now. it will solve the inquires on time.
Overall: It is very accuracy. Inquiries patients requests and also high priority patients or emergency patients addressed promptly.

Pros: SimboConnect has helped us save money and time, so our staff can work on other essential tasks.
Cons: To be honest, in past we have used other AI call bots but but never had such a smooth and advanced experience as we did with SimboConnect.
