AI Job Description Generator and AI Resume Parser has shorten the time working on putting drafts in finding best qualified applicants for open roles.The AI Matching Score, in particular, helps us identify top talent and also makes sure we only tickle the best candidates! Managing applications is a cake walk because of its seamless interaction with our ATS. They also have great customer service, and always respond to our questions quickly.
Cons: Of course, could improve : User interface The platform works great and is well designed, but I believe it could have a more user-friendly layout that is easier for less tech-savvy people to navigate.
