    Pros: There. Are no pros all bad this company just robs people they have a very high rate compared to other companies

    Cons: You name it rude customer service try and steal your hard earned money and when you try to explain that they took money they just didn't listen trying to get me for $3146.46 saying they had to give a refund but all they refunded was what my customer paid

    Pros: if I have to write a "pro"...simple & straight forward??

    Cons: You read it correctly, $35 to run a batch! Of course that was never disclosed to me over the phone when I was signing up. Next day payout? Yea right, try 3-4 business days.

    Overall: Once you're signed up, the sales rep disappears & your pawned off to a 3rd party customer service line. Low fees but then they hit you on the 1st of the month for $35 times how many batches you ran that week.

    "Bad experience "

    Pros: In the beginning easy to open the account, the guy who help me was really nice and friendly, but when I had the problem he didn’t answer the phone or text.

    Cons: My terrible experience was after few days I had to process my first credit card for 420 dollar, after 3 1/2 hours driving with my customer from Newark airport to Washington DC, I spent lots money in gas and tolls, the next day they closed my account and didn’t pay, I called them and told me, I need to way for 180 day to deposit the money in my account!!!

    Overall: Horrible costumer service, I don’t recommend this app, because after open the account, they are decided review something and closed the account.

    "No Safeguards to prevent Credit Card Fraud "

    Pros: The interface is simplistic and straight forward. Simple to learn. It is pretty basic. There are different options for utilizing online payment transactions.

    Cons: There are no safeguarding algorithms to prevent fraud. A customer used 5 different stolen credits to make a purchase until one went through. Then of course it was charged back because they used a stolen credit card, and swipe simples system did nothing to prevent this from happening. Also we got hit with another charge right after the chargeback was pulled from our account, which I didn't think was related however after reading these reviews.. maybe it was related. I got signed up with their service through a 3rd party that handles our processing, and wow, this is scary.

    Overall: It depends on what their customer service teams response is going to be to me losing very expensive merchandise due to their systems inadequacies.

    "Scam Company"

    Pros: None, it's all bad. They crash and don't work. They mischarge all the time. They hang up on you when you're trying to fix the charges, and even when we canceled they hung up on us 3x right after saying "we are cancelling"

    Cons: They Bill you wrong, refuse to fix it, and then do it again.

    We called to cancel after sending a Notification Email, and was hung up on 3x right after we said we were canceling.

    Absolute Disgrace, we legit are getting a Lawyer involved over $500 of Fraud Charges

    Overall: Piss Poor. This has been one of the worst experiences of my whole life. They are extremely frustrating and are clearly committing fraud. They can't hide from my Lawyer though

    Pros: There are no pros to using this company. Save your hard earn money. Please read these reviews and shut down these types of criminals.

    Cons: They will charge you hidden monthly fees and will not issue a refund. I had to call my bank and get them involved. It will show up on your bank statement as bankcard USA. The credit card mobile app is called SwipeSimple. They are scammers and frauds. BEWARE!!!

    Cons: They hold charges over a week then send it to risk management my customer and American Express have no issues now they want to hold funds for 180 days lol.

    Overall: Diego was very disrespectful and what's crazy is there my processing company wow never again. Be warned you won't see any money this is a scam.

    "Hidden Fees"

    Pros: The money is placed in the account in a timely manor. However the fees are all over the place. This is a small craft business that really makes very little profit if any, its a fun thing. Apparently it is not that much fun anymore.

    Cons: Hidden Fees - advertised - no hidden fees - not true

    Overall: All of a sudden 75.00 extra is removed from my account - they said it was an inactive fee - there were 2 months without any charges. I did not sell anything - so then they take $75.00 - I had no sales - so now I am further in the hole. This was NEVER disclosed to me.

    Pros: There are no pros. They tell you what you want to hear. Charge you fees you know nothing about. Oh I’m sure it’s in the small print. They claim its a family owned business it’s not. Save your self a lot of head aches. Don’t do business with them.

    Cons: Was told they charge a min fee of just under 15 dollars for the month. Not true. You have to have ex amount of credit card charges or you will be charged fees. Then you have to fill out something they call pci if that isn’t done it’s big dollar fees. Which I did do it but they say I didn’t. Two months later they charged my bank account a $144.90. Now keep in mind this account is closed for 2 months.

    Overall: Awful Lies Lies. Salesman will tell you what you want to hear. All lies. He told me the card reader was free I got charged for that. Told me it was just under 15 dollars a month to use lie. I have been hit with ever fee they have. Two months later still taking money from my bank account. But don’t worry he said he would put in a request for a refund. SMH. It’s a nightmare

    "What a scam!"

    Pros: I wish there was a pro but there is not! I would not recommend this company, or CLEARANT, the main company you have to deal with, to ANYONE. Quickbooks is the way to go!

    Cons: The rep we had lied through his teeth. We asked him REPEATEDLY about the monthly cost and we were told $14.95, that’s it! Needless to say we have gotten charged hundreds over the last few months with BS feels and charges. Then there’s the issue of “trying” to cancel! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! All I can say is BEWARE!!!

    Overall: HORRIBLE. Absolutely, extremely Horrible. Terrible customer service! Hidden (I’m sure it’s in the “fine print” somewhere) fees. Ridiculously horrible company.

    "Misleading and Dishonest Company"

    Pros: Absolutely nothing. They work with Paysafe, which SwipeSimple won’t tell you most likely, because they didn’t tell me and Paysafe will take your money like they did to us and SO many others. Just look it up for yourself! Do not use this platform. It is a scam. I am telling you this because it just happened to my business. They took over thousands of dollars and saying it’s on hold for up to 6 months. Paysafe literally won’t tell us the reason they are holding OUR money. It is crazy that this company is not shut down by now.

    Cons: Everything is wrong with the company. They work with Paysafe who is a financial institution and a risk department. Don’t do it. It is a SCAM. Just look up other reviews from many other people and companies that got their money taken.

    Overall: Horrible!!!!!!!!! Never will I trust Miles or anyone else for that matter. I have learned a lesson here and that is that so many people can be deceiving and misleading.

    "Customer service is awful "

    Pros: I have to use 100 character to tell you about the pros, yeah I think i would rather spend a higher fee. The ease of the product is good.

    Cons: I have used several services but swipe simple is the worst customer service, the payouts are a week later, yes literally a week later it takes 4 days of processing, and that clock starts the next business day after the transaction is completed. Yes they tell you 48 hrs, and even put in emails 48 hrs but that is not true. I have a clover POS for my store and online bill pay for my service customers. Fees are the lowest but you know the saying you get what you pay for I have been waiting for 3 days now to hear from a supervisor but total silence. I'm not sure what to do, my bank is trying their best to help me out but because of these time frames of how dreadfully long it takes to get payouts I can't make payroll for the first time in the history of my company, and with how hard it is to build a labor force I may have even worst problems on my hands than just card processing.

    Overall: So far I can't sleep at night, when I do here from customer service they aren't kind by any means so I don't for see this problem getting fixed it's obvious customer service deals with A LOT of upset customers.
