    Cons: There are ONLY NEGATIVES! ZERO customer service, the program doesn't work at all, and they have ignored all requests for help!

    Overall: ZERO customer support, the program doesn't work at all, and they have ignored all requests for help! We've run into nothing but problems with T-Hub! They charge monthly for "support" but rest assured, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM THEM! I've requested support dozens of times and they completely ignore us! I've also contacted the owner Manish Jha dozens of times and he also refuses to help or respond. Furthermore, don't expect any phone support. They refuse to answer the phone! Basically, Manish Jha will steal your money and you'll never hear from him or his company again! SCAMMERS!!

    "Works well until it doesn't"

    Pros: Works with multiple channels to download orders into QuickBooks. That is when it works. It can be very efficient. The lowest price for QuickBooks desktop apps.

    Cons: Support is nonexistent. You have to open a ticket, wait for them to contact you via e-mail to ask when you are available via remote session, then you have to reply and wait again for them to get back to you. Even for the most critical issues it can take days or weeks to resolve. For non critical issues (like features they advertise that don't work) it can take years. Canceling them is almost impossible. You can only cancel by e-mailing them and they never read the e-mails. You have to put a block on you payment method or they will keep charging you. The support phone number goes to an answering machine that is full most of the time.

    Overall: It may be the least expensive for quickbooks desktop but you don't even get what you pay for. We used it for 7 years only because we knew how to fix most issues. Once they increased the price 400% we ditched them.
