    "Not worth the money at present cost!"

    Pros: Is a good system to track playing conditions for future use! The user platform is workable. The data is easy to read.

    Cons: The data is entered by the Floor Supervisor and/or Pit Manager. Much of the game changes recommended by Tangam are changes that naturally occur during normal or accelerated play! Tangam creates uncertainty with players because of the immediate changes recommended by Tangam on data that is behind the playing activity. At best, the casinos cost using this system should be 50% of the current agreements.

    Overall: Tangam is actually an outdated product. Casino personnel, especially floor managers, are seeing the negative effects of using Tangam when the playing activity is at it highest.
