    "Good but Missing Features"

    Pros: Good communication, most billing works. Integrates well with USA Swimming. Clean design and easy to update the pages

    Cons: Does NOT integrate well with Swim meet software. Not able to import meet entires from team manager for billing - which is essential. Particularly awful since this used to function properly, and they removed it. Have brought it up for years and nothing has changed.

    We did try to use the Team Unify meet entry process, which I admit would fix the issue, however it completely ruined our entry at one of our meets and I spent the entire morning at the computer fixing it

    Overall: Great for most things but missing basic functionality. Nothing special or worth changing to from any other software. Customer service is seriously lacking - they do not care about your issues
