    Pros: Easy to sign up, sales and support are very responsive. I was making calls in a matter of minutes. Mobile app works great.

    Cons: No outbound SMS yet, but they do have inbound SMS.

    "Easy phone system for my company"

    Pros: Very easy to setup and great rates. I could not believe their low rates - compared to $25 I was paying my other provider. Their customer service guy Wander was very helpful. They moved my numbers without any issues.

    Cons: None I can think of. I was concerned about moving my number, but they handled it without any issues.

    Overall: I signed up and they helped to set up my greetings and call flows. Their guys are very helpful and knowledgable.

    "Easy to use phone system for a doctors office"

    Pros: It is a very simple service that be setup easily, no contracts and their price is very attractive, and happy with their support. I like their features to add music on hold, announcements and free messaging between my users.

    Cons: All phone systems take a while to get used to, but their staff was very helpful. One they showed me the portal, it was easy to use.

    Overall: I am happy with my decision to go with their service for my small office, now i don't have to give out my cell phone number.
