    Pros: Total ETO offers excellent customization, adapting to our needs seamlessly. The support team is outstanding, always responsive and helpful. Ivo, our Project Manager, is extremely professional and upholds the highest standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

    Cons: For a smooth implementation, I suggest ensuring a well-defined Process Workflow Map and clearly outlining each customized feature's primary goals to maximize efficiency and avoid over complexity.

    Pros: The software is incredibly easy to navigate, making it accessible for all team members, regardless of their technical expertise.

    Cons: Some limitation on desktop version.
    Was not able to copy paste BOM sections quickly without creating an assembly.

    Pros: System is easy to navigate. All information can be found within a few clicks. I especially like how easy we can create quotes into POs.

    Cons: Deleting anything can be difficult. It would be nice to delete things without going through so many steps.

    Overall: I like the system. I think it will help improve the daily operations. Everything from past orders gets saved, which makes reordering a breeze.
