Pros: Easily customizable, ease of installation, and integrations with many platforms. Group plans and billing options. Excellent support.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that they can more customization options- and maybe a chat feature?
Overall: Overall very happy- we have been using them for a few years now and we always pitch Usersnap as one of the selling features to our clients.

Pros: Easy screenshotting for our users, no complex form. It was easy to install and maintain. Great customer service. Modern design of the UI. Made our QA process quite faster and smoother.
Cons: Would love to have an MS teams integration. We want to scale our usage of more feedback types of Usersnap, but we need a folder structure which is on the roadmap but not there yet.
Overall: Cloud-based user feedback tool that can be used for QA and acceptance testing & beta testing. easy to install, great to maintain. We see the screenshots from users with screen size, browser version, operating system and other important information. Makes the testing phase of our projects a breeze.

Pros: It provides great customizations to design using its pre but templates. It's very easy to deploy on any website. No coding required to design or deploy. Helps to gather customer feedback on a business website.
Cons: Overall it's an outstanding tool. Never faced any issues.
