Paul, I want to use the suggestions you posted above. However, "{Split]" is not in the help link. What does "{Split]" do?
That is what I ended up doing. Also, 4.1.33 does not list every contact whether it is or is not updated which takes a long time to list all 350+ contacts. Hopefully they will fix so we can move back to the current version. Until then, I suppose we are stuck on this older version.
All resolved after installing 4.1.33.
I decided to go back to a prior release - SetupGCSM-4.1.33 as I kept getting a prompt for those 3 entries to "keep outlook." All works now. I deleted the calendar entries and they did not show up on either Outlook or Google. I then went back in and added the 3 calendar entries and I did not get any prompt to keep either one. Calendar Entries Will Not Delete
Also, there are 3 entries in the text file at the very end for "Valerie Kellum's Birthday...", Bryan Barber's Birthday...." and "Jackie Hamby's Birthday...." which I deleted 2-3 times both in Outlook and Google. While I have other recurring birthday entries they do not come up repeatedly.
