Steam Deck support is fine, achievements are still there (35 total), and the game runs cleanly from a technical standpoint.

The difference compared to 3 is mostly about content generosity: Seek Girl 4 feels more “stingy”. Fewer mature variations, fewer interesting scene types, less variety overall. The free adult patch is still available on Steam and pushes the content further, but even with the patch, the game feels like it gives you less compared to what you’d expect from the series.
