Throne and Liberty update 3.19.0 downtime will begin at 10:30 p.m. PT (6:30 a.m. UTC) on January 28 and last approximately 6 hours. It contains the Tower of Greed, Lucky Mystic Portal event, Housing wall shapes, and more. Check out the full list of changes below.

Investigate Calanthia’s past and the true purpose behind this mysterious tower. Throughout the Tower of Greed you’ll encounter randomly generated floors featuring unique rooms, mechanics, and quests. Difficulty scales with party size, making this PvE activity accessible for both solo and group players (maximum party size of 6). You can also save your progress or party up with different players at checkpoints following each floor. Discover why Calanthia was really here, overcome increasingly difficult challenges, and score even greater rewards as you climb the tower.

• From January 29 through February 12, daily login rewards will grant special Mystic Keys that unlock Mystic Portals containing a treasure hunting minigame.

• Hunt hidden treasure chests through various puzzles to earn rewards including an Amitoi, Morph, and character progression materials.

• Amitoi Expeditions have been revamped to focus on gathering skills, allowing Amitoi to collect gathered materials or complete contracts.

• The Expedition duration is now determined by location instead of the previous 1, 2, 4, and 8 hour interval options.

• Amitoi now become fatigued after returning from expeditions and cannot be sent on another expedition until they recover.

• Matching Amitoi to their regional location type reduces both expedition duration and fatigue recovery time.

• You can now run up to 3 expeditions simultaneously, one per region.

• Completing expeditions grants both Expedition XP and XP for the Lifeskill associated with the gathered materials.

• Completing expeditions grants progress toward unlocking a Boss Hunt Expedition, which offers bonus XP and rewards for a limited time.

• Individual wall and fence shapes within houses can now be modified by crafting the desired shape from the Craft Furniture menu.

  • Two different sets of region-specific wall and fence shapes are available, one for houses in Kastleton and another for houses in Vienta Village.

• Wall shape recipes require Adhesive, a new item crafted with Lime Powder and Volcanic Ash.

  • Lime Powder and Volcanic Ash are rarely obtained when gathering Rocks and Dirt respectively, or can be purchased from the Furniture Workshop Merchant for Life Coins.

• Wallpaper and flooring can now be applied to individual sections instead of the entire house.

• Collaborators can now be added in the Manage House menu, allowing other players to place furniture, move items, apply wallpaper, edit wall shapes, and apply flooring changes.

  • Collaborators can be added or removed at any time and can only place furniture already stored in the house, they cannot dye furniture or add new items to storage.

• Furniture tooltips now display the total amount owned and which houses contain that specific furniture piece.

• Players and NPC’s outside of a house are now visible from inside the home.

• Artifacts: Individual stats on Rare Artifacts can now be swapped and upgraded using a new tab in the Artifact menu requiring materials obtained from the Tower of Greed.

• Cosmetics: Custom Footprint, Return, and Morph visual effects can now be configured in the Mirror Boutique, also allowing for Return and Morph visual effects granted by DaVinci's Favor to be disabled if desired.

• Codex: The Adventure Codex has been expanded with a new chapter, Oath Ritual.

• Codex: Reduced the completion requirements for most Dimensional Circle Exploration Codex entries.

• Combat Meter: Added a dropdown in the Combat Analyzer to view past encounter data and a reset button to the Combat Meter HUD widget.

• Runes: Equipment type compatibility icons now appear in Rune tooltips.

• Material Effects: Improved the Skills menu tooltip to display stat values based on equipped matching material types and added indicators for equipment slots with matching gear.

• Inventory: Tab icons now display an indicator when the respective inventory tab is full.

• Storage: Added a new button that automatically consolidates duplicate item stacks up to their maximum capacity.

• Guilds:

  • Guild Treasure Chest notifications now show the individual items received rather than the chest icon.

  • Fixed an issue where allied guilds could be matched against each other in Boonstone and Riftstone battles when the stone was unclaimed.

  • Fixed an issue where rankings were displayed incorrectly in the Talisman Delivery Operation results window during Inter-Server events.

  • Fixed a rare issue preventing players from bidding on or receiving items via Guild Distribution.

• Chat: Party Matchmaking links can now be posted in chat by Alt + Left Clicking options in the Party Matchmaking window.

• Shop: Added additional information to Amitoi and Morph item tooltips.

• Crafting:

  • Ore Selection Chests can now be opened directly within the Crafting NPC menu when insufficient ore is available for the selected recipe.

  • The Sollant cost displayed in the Crafter List now includes applicable taxes.

  • Added a search bar to the top of the item list.

  • The default sort order has been adjusted to group items with multiple crafting methods together.

• Settings:

  • A search bar has been added to the Settings menu.

  • A shortcut to swap between available Stellarite types has been added.

  • An 'Include Vanguard Members' option has been added to the Skill Effect Animation Display setting.

  • Adding "\[**]" to Greeting Messages in the Set Phrases Settings tab will now automatically replace the text with the respective character's name.

• Contracts:

  • A yellow indicator now appears next to furniture that is required for accepted Contracts in the Furniture Crafting menu.

  • A yellow indicator now appears next to meals in the Cooking menu that are required for accepted Contracts.

  • Updated the Taedal's Tower Contract item icons so they can easily be differentiated from other contracts.

• UI:

  • The item acquisition notification queue on the HUD will now clear when teleporting.

  • The Matchmaking button has been repositioned next to the Enter button in Co-op Dungeon, Trials, and Raid menus.

  • A new icon for the Weekly Mission widget will now display on the HUD after all Weekly Mission rewards have been claimed and improved all mission descriptions.

  • Fixed an issue causing the Astral Vision popup to appear when pressing 'PvP Counter' hotkey without taking damage from other targets.

  • Fixed an issue causing the latency value shown on the HUD to be much higher than it actually was after teleporting or while in large-scale battles.

• Co-op Dungeons:

  • Colossal Coliseum: Fixed an issue causing void tiles would appear without proper textures when viewed from across the arena.

  • Halls of Tragedy: Adjusted objects around the maze to prevent players from jumping over walls.

  • Tyrant’s Isle / Isle of Terror: Fixed an issue occasionally causing players to get stuck when moving to a geyser while in rat form, and slightly adjusted the position of crystals that were placed too close to geysers.

• Shields:

  • Fixed an issue causing shields from the same skill at varying levels to incorrectly stack on a target.

  • Fixed an issue causing the HP bar to not display multiple shield effects applied from different sources.

• Combat:

  • Adjusted the wording in various skill descriptions to clarify that the debuffs applied are Weaken effects.

  • Sword and Shield: Fixed an issue where Stalwart Bastion displayed an incorrect Damage Reduction value when Stalwart Ego Specialization was active.

  • Sword and Shield: Fixed an issue where the Movement Speed reduction from Annihilating Slash's Movement Speed Slowed Specialization bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Longbow: Fixed an issue where the Movement Speed reduction from Arrow Vortex bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Longbow: Fixed an issue causing the Devoted Shield Passive Skill to not activate when damaged by Orb Basic Attacks.

  • Staff: Fixed an issue where the Burning Weaken effect from Infernal Meteor and Hellfire Rain bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Staff: Fixed an issue where Velentra's Staff of the Charred Moon Weapon Skill description incorrectly displayed PvP Damage Taken debuff value as 0%.

  • Staff: Fixed an issue where the Healing Reduction from Infernal Meteor's Health Recovery Slowed Specialization bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Wand: Fixed an issue where the Movement Speed reduction from Ray of Disaster's Movement Speed Slowed Specialization bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Wand: Fixed an issue where the Endurance Reduction from Slothful Cage bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Spear: Fixed an issue where the Movement Speed reduction from Javelin Surge's Hamstring Specialization bypassed Weaken Resistance.

  • Spear: Fixed an issue where Junobote's Inferno weapon skill on Junobote's Extra Smoldering Ranseur failed to consistently apply the Ignite effect on critical hits.

  • Orb: Fixed an issue causing additional projectiles from Summon Satellite's Basic Attack effect to incorrectly be affected by Bonus Damage and Damage Reduction.

  • Orb: Fixed an issue where Orb Basic Attacks were not affected by Bonus Damage or Damage Reduction.

  • Orb: Fixed an issue where party members received the Distortion Veil effect after using Copy Satellite from Summon Satellite.

  • Orb: Fixed an issue where Celestial Guard Mastery failed to apply when using Distortion Veil from Summon Guardian Satellite.

• Siege: Removed shelving along the perimeter of the throne room that prevented players from being targeted from certain angles.

• Camera: Fixed camera zoom settings resetting after entering a Glide Morph.

• Console: Fixed an issue causing textures to not appear properly on the Frost Warrior Staff.

• Gigantrite/Minutrite: Fixed an issue causing players to occasionally fall through Gigantrite and Minutrite.

• Floating Islands: Fixed an issue causing Lifeskilling XP to not be granted when gathering specific nodes.

• Stability: Reduced memory usage on Xbox which led to frequent crashes.
