Is it working ? With .dll mods and .dat mod ?

I’m looking to get into modding (graphics and gameplay), and I’m looking for the best mods to install that aren’t too much of a hassle. Any suggestions?

After founding a new city on a large tile i had to build and connect rails to several neighbouring cities and built a lot of $$$-Industry between the roads and rails in the backland. Since I have space for experimenting, i asked myself, if i could use freight train stations. I scarcely have built them in other cities, so are there any tipps how to use them properly? Hi, I've just bouth Sim City 4 but cannot play as it doesn't work. When I launch it, I can just see the initial video, but after that it always crasches without showing the game interface. I'm using Steam on a Laptop with Windows 11 without any mod. I tried typing ""-CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32", and also lower resolutions, in the properties of SC4, but doesn't work anyway. Any suggestions? Thank in advance!...
