We’ve put out a little update with a few fixes and quality of life improvements. Nothing big, just some small tidy ups to make things feel a bit smoother as you play.

bug: variable names visible in "weekend activity" cutscene (after Case 8)

In the weekend activity cutscene, I chose: 1. to go on a date 2. with Sara 3. at the Alphonse Mucha exhibition (I have not tested other combinations) At the end of the scene, I viewed the history and found that two variable names were exposed in the history scrollback, namely WeekendActivityWith and WeekendActivityWithPronouns2. I played the game until I got to the vet case. I saved it and exited. Next time I opened the game, it let me continue the vet case, but after I finished it, I couldn't continue as the only unlocked case was the very first one. Not fixed upon restart, but the cupcakes I have collected still show up....

Really loved this cute detective game. Puzzles were fun, with complexity just right for the overall lighthearted nature of it. Definitely a product of love.

Final Case (Safe)

I can see what the first and third hints mean, but I have no idea where to get the second hint's info from. (Charming game as a whole, and unafraid to get more complex than the low-stakes nature of the story might make you expect.)
