Am I the only one? Literally get stucked in a white screen after prologue cutscene. I also tried to skip the cutscene and it still freeze

So this happened suddenly It was working just fine yesterday then all of a sudden it just decided it doesnt want to work any more, Im not using any mods or anything, Ive uninstalled the game and redownloaded it restarted my computer, and it still refuses to work so Im confused what the problem is. I dont have a gaming laptop/pc or anything like that so it isnt a hardware issue. If youve had something similar happen please tell me how you fixed it...

I even installed the mod that "fixes" it and the weird ass cringe as ♥♥♥♥ expressions are still there. What the actual ♥♥♥♥, why is so so bad? Was it localized by those blue haired sewer creatures or something? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥....

Any idea why this happens? My computer's default video player that it comes with, which I'm told is what Digimon Survive attempts to use, is just listed as ''media player.'' Not windows media player, not VLC or anything. I never had issues with it, and it plays everything else perfectly fine but I've no clue why the cutscenes won't play. The subtitles play, and earlier the interactive novel style prologue cutscene played just fine. So I'm confused... I played this game a year or so ago and it was workin...
