I just got the game and it launches in a smaller window than my monitor resolution. The window did not display any images (just pitch black) whether it is in this size or whether it's enlarged. It took a while for the game's sound to play and I can hear the sounds of the menu being clicked or something, but still no image is coming through the window and nothing else happens. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you....

I'm missing the CG that's in between the one where Mari is hugging Shuu's mom and the one where Ichiru is playing a console game. Anyone know which one it is, and how to get it?
