Commend guide to CS:GO players.

Intro

I have noticed that most of the CS:GO players do not know what is the Commend system. This guide will tell you what it is.

Commend system

Q. what is the Commend system?

A. It is a system that allows you to tell the other player that he is, for example, a good leader.
There are three options: Friendly, Good Teacher & Good Leader.

Q. What is the purpose of this system?

A. Its purpose is to create a good mind to another player. Surely you too would be a nice feeling if you could see that someone has made a Commend to you, that you are a good leader / teacher or a good player.

Q. How do I see that someone has made a Commend to me?

A. You can see that at main menu.

Q. How do I comment on another player?

A. when you are playing (in the match) then press TAB. Then (press mouse 2) on Player, that you are Commend on.

it's your choice if you want to give 1 or 3 Commend.

It's really difficult, most of the time you'd do this at the end of the match, unfortunately you aren't really given sufficient time to do so for more than 1 player (2-3 if youre quick) What I think would be a great idea is to have a post-game summary page giving you the scoreboard and stats for the match and then the ability to thumbs up/down people for particular things like gamesense, aim, teamwork etc (this could also affect the rank, but only very slightly) Just a thought.

COMMEND
Have you been playing with someone nice? A great teacher, a friendly teammate, or a strong leader? Let them know by commending them!
Commendations are anonymous, and you are limited to three every 24 hours. When you have been commended, you’ll see an icon on the main menu that will tell you why (and how many times) you were commended.
