Here at Shoost, we thrive on giving you the latest news and reviews for those diamonds in the rough. Every big-name game had to start somewhere, and we make it our business to wade through the muck for those hidden gems.

Shoost was founded by Shawn Schuster, former Editor-in-Chief for Joystiq’s Massively MMO site. Shawn has worked in the industry since 2008, learning the ins and outs of every part of the video game industry from high-pressure live interviews to community event coordination to building up the best MMO news site in only a few short years. He’s personally hired and helped train a handful of writers who went on to become game designers, game writers, community managers, and more.

This site was created as Shawn’s way to branch out beyond triple-A title coverage and help spotlight the “little guy.” Indie game development is our future, and Shoost wants to be your source for staying on top of your game.
