Escape from Tarkov -Review-

After years of development, Escape from Tarkov has reached its 1.0 release. As a long-time supporter, I bought the standard edition on Steam to have it in my libary aswell but im a Unheard user :D. Despite the ups and downs, including frustrating patches and controversial changes, Battlestate Games has stayed true to their vision, making Tarkov one of the best extraction shooters around.

I highly recommend the game, especially if you play with friends. The learning curve at the beginning can be tough, especially with all the different exits to remember, but it’s definitely worth it in the end. I remember playing it with my best friend back in the day those are memories I’ll never forget. We always stuck close together, with him leading the way. He was the front runner, while I cleaned up by taking out anyone who was left behind and took all the loot out like big Santas bag. Good times!

What makes Tarkov special?

Atmosphere: Unmatched tension and immersion, with ambient sounds and realistic firefights.

Ballistics and Hit Feedback: Realistic bullet behavior and intense firefights make every encounter rewarding.

Graphics: Impressive visuals for a Unity engine game, though demanding on performance, especially on maps like Streets of Tarkov.

Future DLCs: Exciting updates ahead, including rumors of a Scav Life update where players could control bosses what i heard so far.

Tarkov’s journey has been a Long way, but with its 1.0 release, it's clear the game has become a definitive title in the genre. If you're into hardcore shooters, Escape from Tarkov is a must-play.
