I paid $1.29 just so I could confirm that this, in fact, has NOTHING to do with Darude :(

It's a good bit of fun though...once you figure out that you actually CAN move your tank, you don't have to just sit there taking pot shots and hoping to get lucky...wait, that sounds like me at the pub on a Thursday night...aw crud :'(
