That is incorrect. I put up instruction lists telling people to subscribe to the anti-cp blocklist and configure it correctly on the clearnet before going anywhere with it. It's really separating real anons from those who aren't though.

idk pretty anything that isn't automatically downloading anything illegal and degenerate like cp to your pc. afaik you can't even clear the cache there w/o looking it up manually which is absolutely retarded
