Hi yes remember me? The guy that plays P&C games? Yes I still play them. Yes this is a good one to play ;)

There needs to be more P&C's in general, but especially ones with British humor. This game cracked me up.


-Starts Right up, zero bugs or issues during game play
-Classic LucasArts style
-Funny as F*$&, excellent Brit humor
-This is random, but I love P&C's with rainy scenes in them, idk what it is but whenever I see it I get all content inside. Maybe its gas?
-Def an original story.
-Lots to point and click on. Appreciate the detailed descriptions for most clickable areas as well. Not too much generic messages like "I Can't"/"That doesn't make sense"/"Stop clicking the badger glass eye on everything"
-This is what i would also describe as a "cozy" adventure.
-Lots of classic P&C game references.
-Fully voiced acted by professional voice actors
-Has a roland/adlib music mode lol
-Diary todo list keeps track of objectives
-Object/hotspot highlight identifier functionality


-There is a lot of back and forth in this game. Some sequences end up being tedious to get through.
-I had about 7.5 hours in this game....spread out over the course of :::checks notes:::... TWO YEARS?!?!? Jesus I work too much. Anyway I really try not to ride developers too hard over the cost of their indy P&C games, especially for as polished a one as this. That being said I do know that the current $19USD will put off some of my fellow afficionados. To them I say its def worth it if you see it on sale.
-Some people might think this is a family game based on the character and branding. Its not. I wasn't looking for one so no biggy to me but some people might not catch that right away.
-Only 12 save slots. Again not a deal breaker but I prefer infinite.
-I only managed to get 3 achievements during my playthough, i think there is like 14. I probably won't go back to find them.


-Near the ending there's this weird tonal shift. The ending itself feels almost like it should have been in a different game.

A great P&C that hits all the nostalgia points. Ya the ending's a little...blah. But you know what, I've come to the conclusion that its really hard to make endings for great P&C games. Its not an excuse, but I understand. Overall though this was def a fun one and I'd recommend it to all my fellow P&C afficionados.
