train frequicy is easy just 4 shinkasen and 2 cargo trains does that.
for the shinakasen i replaced al the stations for the longest ones and 4 platforms and 4 tacks so had 4 lines running so they didnt block each other. then the only switches u need is from the depot onto the lines no signals needed either. didnt bother using trains for cargo just trucks till i got the needing the frequency sorted.
none of the stations had more than 50 passengers on them split between the 4 lines so no way is that over crowed as its not even enough to fill 1 train let alone 4.
